The continuation of the testimony of The Accused and the simultaneous presentation of documents by the Defence.
Incomplete (testimony of witness).
1. T/559, a letter from Eichmann to the commander of the security police in Holland, The Accused denies playing a major part in the censorship of mail in Theresienstadt, but describes the part he did play.
2. T/561, a letter from Wilhelm Zoepf regarding a meeting at which Eichmann was present.
3. T/563. On the same day regarding the treatment of the Jews and the deportation of four dealers to Auschwitz.
Incomplete (examination of the accused on matters concerning Belgium).
4. T/335, a letter from Eichmann to the foreign ministry regarding a special emigration case against a sum of money which the accused is unable to recall.
5. T/538, the testimony of Harster, interrogated by the Dutch police accusing Eichmann of evacuating a mental asylum of SS men and having all the patients deported.
The Accused claims this testimony to be inaccurate.

6. A commando unit and Eichmann's involvement, but according to T/850, Guenther was the one responsible for the entire operation, even though the Dutch operation failed.

8. Exchange between judge Raveh and The Accused regarding attribution of responsibility in office IV, the accused attributes responsibility of the deportation to Theresienstadt to the Reich security head office.
9. The Norwegian chapter, T/604, a letter from the foreign minister von Thadden acknowledging receipt of Norwegian laws-everything done according to the letter.
10. T/591, letters bringing to light the fact that it was the marines who carried out the transport from Norway.
11. T/595, a letter confirming the arrest of the Norwegian Jews for the aim of deportation according to the law.
12. T/606, a memorandum-intervention by the Swedish government.
13. T/607, a letter concerning a proposal as to how to respond to the Swedish intervention. This concludes the Norway chapter.

14. T/867, a letter from Eichmann, regarding Jews smuggling Jews across the border into Yugoslavia, when according to the accused emigration was still legal.
15. T/869, a summons by the military commander to all authorities concerned for discussion of the Jewish problem.
16. T/870, a cable about measures regarding the Jews and the construction of a concentration camp. T/872 reply to this, refusing this solution.
17. T/873, correspondence regarding the Jewish problem in Serbia.
