The continuation of the testimony of The Accused and the simultaneous presentation of documents by the Defense.
-Admits knowledge of the fact that part of the people being deported to the camps were being killed.
- Guilt felt by the witness and the responsibility of either personal or state nature, his insistence of being a loyal citizen and following orders according to the law and order of the state or else face the punishment for disobedience.
Attempts to be transferred to other duties.
Incomplete (testimony of witness).
- States the reasons that he did not want to stand on trial in German y.
-Discussion of the technicalities of the court with regards to summing up and closing statements.
The presiding judge reads out the court decision number 79, regarding the inadmissability of the Sassen document.
The Sassen document is many pages of typewritten transcript from tapes of a conversation conducted between The Accused and a journalist named Sassen.
The court's argument regarding the Sassen document, the presiding judge reads out his reasoning and that of judge Raveh.
-Judge Halevi reads out his own reasoning and objects to his colleagues.
Incomplete (decision admitting deposition of Alois Steger as evidence, continued on VHS 34).
