112 Fix Carpal Tunnel in 8 Minutes
Carpal tunnel problems? How about you run the other direction from that surgery they keep telling you about?
Carpal tunnel syndrome isn’t just a wrist problem, it’s a problem with the entire kinetic chain and the entire length of the median nerve.
The pec and lat primarily, end up pulling the shoulder anterior, this also pulls the thoracic spine and head and neck into a severely anterior position.

The entire tissue wad that sits just anterior to the shoulder Joint, becomes stiff and restricted. .
The shoulder falls forward and forces the flexors and extensors of the forearm to become hyper active to take up the slack of dampened shoulder engagement.
