AMLA & COCONUT HOT OIL TREATMENT Saved my 4c Hair| Pre Poo| Shedding| Tshidi Radebe

Hey y'all and thank you for clicking on the description box. Because I cant fit everything in one video, I thought I could give y'all more information about the effectiveness of coconut oil & Amla powder & Oil on 4c low porosity natural hair. Its super important that you pre-poo your hair before starting your wash day routine okay. I have decided to do a hot oil treatment because my ends need help.

Because I have low porosity hair, I have decided to use some light oils however, if your 4c hair likes coconut oil, then I suggest that you use that, as it is a light and moisturising oil. I however used grasped oil, avocado oil and some olive oil. Keeping it simple,

The benefits of using Amla on your hair are endless, to name a few:
Amla increases hair follicles
Amla decrease hair loss
Amla strengthens your hair
You can use Amla oil to massage your scalp
Its safe to use on your scalp
Amla can darken your hair

There are many ways that you can use Amla, You can use it as an oil, hot oil treatment, gloss, hair mask, exfoliator.

The brand of coconut oil doesn't matter, just make sure that it's pure organic coconut oil. It important that you are gentle with you detangle your hair to avoid unnecessary breakage from your protective style.
