How I Built My Dry Ager From A Used Soda Fridge

I decided to put my skills to work and build a dry aging cabinet out of a used commercial soda fridge that I bought for $100! This way I can dry age different cuts of beef at home. There are 3 parameters that you have to look for when dry aging meat. Temperature: 32-38F, Humidity: %60-%80 (some say %85), Airflow: 0.5-2mph. I hope this how to video helps you build your dry aging cabinet. Let me know if you have any questions!
