mini cheese cakes are super easy to make, have amazing creamy texture, taste super delicious and great for parties.
Ingredients :
400 gr cream cheese
200 gr heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
150 gr sugar
2 large eggs
20 gr flour
You can top cheesecakes with your favorite fruit, lemon curd, whipped cream, melted chocolate or chopped nuts

Tips :
Start off with really room temperature cream cheese
Do not over mix to avoid cheesecake from cracking while baking.
