tofu and egg recipe, that will make you love tofu

I am sharing one of my favorite tofu and egg recipe. Don't fry the tofu directly, pour 2 eggs.
Ingredients
- 400 gr firm tofu
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 clove garlic
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable stock
- oil

Sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fried shallots
- a pinch of salt
- small red chili (optional)
