Pain after hemorrhoidal surgery. It varies. There are two ways we have to take post-operative pain pain after hemorrhoidal surgery what sort of surgery was done. If it is a huge big hemorrhoid where to cut all the hemorrhoids and remove and put stitches and all that. But unfortunately if they come late in the third fourth degree hemorrhoids then the postoperative pain will be more and we have pain management a separate pain management for that and take care of that rather than worrying about postoperative pain. So how to prevent is by doing the proper surgeries at a proper place and at proper time at the earliest then post operator taking care of the wound immediately after surgery they start traveling they use two wheelers cycling that sort of things should not be done till the wounds heal and then we have got proper medication they have to follow all those tablets and whatever injections prescribed you have to take care of that. So this is the way how you have to manage post off operative pain. But basic thing is don't get worried about pain and to avoid surgeries and end up with bigger surgeries at a later stage.
