Regressing The Shoulder C.A.R. (Improve Mobility)
HowControlled Articular Rotations are not about expanding the range of motion. The goal is to train what you already have improving strength and control.
So many people doing C.A.R.s are doing them sloppy with compensations everywhere.
You do not need to be perfect but we do need to make progress.
These are for anyone. You just need to find the range of motion that works for you.
