Try This Foam Roller Stretch

Here's something nice and easy to start your lower body workout 🏋️‍♂️

Do both sides anywhere from 10-20 reps each.

It may feel a little tender at first but after 8 reps it should start to feel better. 💪

When you exhale, reach across. When you come back, inhale.

I wouldn't spend 30 minutes on it, but to spend a quick minute and a half on each side is really is not a big deal. ⏱️
