G'day Team Tech

Here is my Rant at Samsung, 1 for selling me a faulty device and 2 for treating me like crap as a loyal customer.

I almost started a website dedicated to samsung treating customers like rubbish..

This was my second option.

Never take no for an answer when a multi national company takes you for granted.

PS i am still waiting for their VOC (voice of the customer) team members to contact me as they promised they would.
