AmMexChi Fried Rice #5LOMO

I made this fried rice out of our leftover chinese fried rice take out, steak tacos from 2 nights ago and sautéed it with onion, bell peppers, asparagus, carrot, pineapple sausage and chunks. The results?! it was really good!
something I will repeatedly be cooking if the same leftovers are made available.
#LOMO is a fun and exciting way to reinvent leftovers. At some point I might produce something my palate would not agree on but at least 🤷 I tried to be creative 😅
