Grilled Cornish Hen- Bulinggit Na Manok 😋

Cornish Hen or Cornish Game Hen ay manok din-ibang breed lang. It is considered a fancy food kase high end restaurants lang nag offer nito sa menus nila. It's a better quality at better version ng regular chicken. Not to mention it cost more and the quality and texture wise is far better.
it was my very first time to make it and I was blown away how excellent this chicken tasted like.
