Frieda Farley turns 100 and still going strong!
Frieda Farley has lived in The Crossings at Brookwood for the last 26 years, a lifetime in itself! She served as a WAVE in the United States Navy during World War II and was quite the athlete. During her 100th birthday her friend Lillian O'Donnell orchestrated an alternative birthday outside complete with a parade of Brooklyn Center public works folks and a special visit from Chief Petty Officer Michael from the Navy to offer Frieda thanks for her service and birthday well wishes.
