Demi Lovato got upset with a small froyo shop in LA called The Bigg Chill for how their store was laid out and for some of the brands they used to sell. They took their dispute to social media and started receiving negative feedback for attacking small businesses. Shortly thereafter, they offered an "apology" video for their actions. I am analyzing their nonverbal communication to see what it reveals to us.
