Luisa Ricci Celebration of Life Memorial Service #2

Luisa Ricci, age 73, passed away from lung cancer on October 20, 2021 in Hollywood, Florida.

Luisa Ricci is survived by her husband, Mario Ricci of Sunrise, FL; daughters, Maria (Jorge) of Hollywood, FL and Tiziana (Pietro) of Montreal, Canada; son, Pietro (Gina) of Naples, FL; siblings, Grazia and Elvira; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emiddio and Maddalena; and siblings, Giuseppe, Pasquale, Anna and Maria.

Luisa Ricci was born on February 16, 1948 in Larino, Italy to parents Emiddio Biascione and Maddalena De Notaris.

Luisa was a great family woman and a loving mother. She married Mario in 1966 and the couple had 3 children together.

Luisa was a social, active woman who was deeply involved in the Italian Club for the majority of her life. She enjoyed cooking, baking, entertaining and dancing. Her family and friends will always remember her as an energetic, life of the party, loving and giving person. A light in a dim room.

A visitation is scheduled for Monday, October 25, 6-10 pm with a prayer service at 8 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 2401 Davie Road, Davie, Florida 33317. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 10am, Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1400 S State Rd 7, North Lauderdale, Florida 33068 with entombment to follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery at 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society via the link below.
