3.30ct Burmese (Mogok) Ruby Crystal
This ruby crystal was sourced from Mogok in Burma, the traditional home to the worlds finest rubies. This piece has a nice crystal form and would be considered cabochon grade for cutting. It has a nice dark red hue and saturation with only a slight hint of violet to the red body colour. This piece could be kept as an attractive crystal specimen or cut as a deep pear shape cabochon to retain the best weight to produce at least a 1.6ct stone. It is available at: http://www.lawsongems.com/gemrough/ruby-rough/3-30ct-burmese-mogok-ruby-crystal
