Stir over ice
Serve in a glass spritzed with abinsthe and two lemon wedges

.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Lime Juice
.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Simple Syrup
.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Campari
2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Irish Whiskey
Shake over ice
Pour into highball top with seltzer
Float Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur

.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Bitter Bianco
1.5 oz -or- 45 ml. Vodka
.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Vanilla Vodka
.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Dry Curacao
.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Cointreau
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 Dash Angostura
Stir over ice
Pour over ice
Garnish with Fingered Citron zest and fingers

-Build in a highball-
1.5 oz. -or- 45 ml. Pea Blossom infused Rum
.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Kirschwasser
.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Maraschino
.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Benedictine
-combine in shaker-
1 oz -or- 30 ml. Lemon Juice
1 oz -or- 30 ml. Grapefruit juice
1 oz -or- 30 ml. Peach Schnapps
Add shaved or crushed ice to highball
top with contents of shaker
Garnish with sprig of mint

-Mixing Glass A-
1.5 oz. -or- 45 ml. Sochu
1.5 oz. -or- 45 ml. Viking Blood Mead
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Simple Syrup
-Mixing Glass B-
.25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Midori
.25 oz. -or- 8 ml.Chinola
.25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Italicus
.25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Won Mae Plum Liquor
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Vodka
-Shaker C-
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Won Soju
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Yuzu Liqueur
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. London Dry Gin
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Heavy Cream
Stir both mixing glasses, Shake the shaker, and layer contents in a highball from bottom to top A, B, C.
