Pumpkin Spice Cocktail:
2 oz. or 60 ml. Mr Black Coffee Liquor
2 oz. or 60 ml. Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Add ice to shaker and shake
Strain into glass
Top with whipped cream
Sprinkle with Pumpkin Spice Sugar (recipe below)

Pumpkin Spice Syrup:
Full can of Pumpkin Puree
29 oz. or 860 ml. Water
29 oz. or 860 ml. Demerara Sugar
4 tsp. Dried Ginger Root
2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
7 (or 8) Cloves
Bring to a boil
Let cool and strain through nut bag or cheese cloth

Death Becomes Her Youth Potion:
Build in mixing glass
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Chambord
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Maraschino
2 oz. or 60 ml Gin
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
1 bar spoon of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Pinch of pink luster dust
Add ice and stir
Strain into glass

Hot Toddy
2 oz. or 60 ml. Whisk(e)y (I'm using Monkey Shoulder)
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
4 oz. or 120 ml. near boiling water
Garnish with a lemon twist

Reanimator Serum:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Midori
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Matcha Infused Vodka**
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass or pull into shot glass syringe

**Matcha Infusion (Vodktcha)
500 ml Vodka
Big spoon full of matcha
Whisk like crazy
Strain through coffee filter

Sanderson Sisters Slammer
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Orgeat
1 oz. -or-30 ml. Midori
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Gin
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
Shake & Strain into Potion bottle

Zombie Ingredients:
.75 oz or 22 ml Lime Juice
.25 oz or 7 ml Grapefruit Juice
.25 oz or 7 ml Cinnamon Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Grenadine
.5 oz or 15 ml of Velvet Falernum
1.5 oz or 44 ml of Plantation Grand Reserve Rum
1.5 oz or 44 ml of Havana Club 7 Year Rum
1 oz or 30 ml of Smith and Cross Rum
2 Dashes of Herbstura
Garnish with Fresh Mint

Return of the Living Dead Tar Man Gunk
Build in shaker
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Mr Black
1 oz. or 30 ml. Amaro di Angostura
1 oz. or 30 ml. Dark Rum (Plantation O.F.T.D.)
Heat up ingredients using method below **
Add ice cream into glass
Pour drink over ice cream

**Heat using simple bain-marie
In large tin add hot or boiling water
Float small tin (with ingredients) in large tin
Stir until ingredients are hot

Peppermint Patty:
3 oz. or 90 ml. Hot Cocoa
1 oz. or 30 ml. Créme de Cacao
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Créme de Menthe
1 oz. or 30 ml. Peppermint Schnapps

Traditional Irish Coffee:
In glass
2 demerara sugar cubes
6 oz. or 180 ml. Coffee
1 1/3 oz or 40 ml Irish Wiskey (Greg uses Tullamore Dew)
Pour heavy cream into shaker and dry shake
Float cream on top

Stone Fence:
2 oz. or 60 ml. Bourbon (Weller 107)
Top off with cider
Garnish with mint
Add a few dashes of Angostura Bitters (optional)
