.25 oz. or 8 ml. Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Twist of orange
Cheap - Early Times
Middle - Four Roses
Expensive - Old Fitzgerald

Gin Martini:
Build in mixing glass
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Gin
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Add ice and stir
Strain into glass
Twist of lemon
Cheap - Fleischmann's
Middle - Tanquaray
Expensive - Monkey 47

Daiquiri:
Build in shaker
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rum
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Simple Syrup
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Cheap - Palo Viejo
Middle - Bacardi Silver
Expensive - Hamilton 87

El Presidente:
Build in mixing glass
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Rum
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Lillet Blanc
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Dry Curaçao
Barspoon of Grenadine
Add ice and stir
Strain into a glass
Twist of orange
Cheap - Bacardi Gold
Middle - Plantation 5 year
Expensive - R.L. Seale's

Vodka Soda:
Build in glass over ice
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Vodka
Seltzer
Twist of lime

Margarita:
Build in shaker
2 oz. or 60 ml. Tequila
1 oz. or 30 ml. Triple Sec
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
