How to make Best easy Squid fry

Squid is one of the type of seafood but not a fish or shellfish. Often called as Calamari in English speaking countries.
Dishes made with squid are made as a snack, starter, street food or as a side dish. Squid has high protein & phosphorus content and is rich in nutrients. It is a good source for zinc and manganese, and high in copper, selenium, vitamin B12, and riboflavin
Easy to make, a mouth watering and delicious dish.

Try this mouth watering dish and enjoy with piping hot rice. Sambar and rasam would be the best combo to try with.

Squid fry
Ingredients :
Oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard - 1tsp
Curry leaves - few
Onion chopped - 1
Tomato chopped - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Squid - 250 gms
