Ingredients:
1 thumb size ginger
4 cloves of garlic
1 medium size onion
2 pcs tomato
1 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tbsp ground pepper
6 cups of rice water
1 small size radish
2 stalks of lemongrass
650g sugpo or king prawns
8 pcs of string beans
2 bunch of kang-kong
3 pcs of green chilis
200g of tamarind
