SUAM NA MAIS | FILIPINO CORN SOUP | FOODNATICS

SUAM NA MAIS is a type of Filipino corn soup originated from the province of Pampanga in the Philippines. My version is consists of white corn mixed with yellow corn to add color and sweetness. Chicken strips, shrimps and chili leaves are also added. Is it normally served as an appetizer or main dish partnered with fried fish. Serve it while steaming hot.
