Ep.2 of my 2-Minute Recipe Series!
These Spicy Avocado Paneer Bread Rolls are perfect for busy mornings. Made using 3 slices of Protein Chef’s Double Protein Bread, this recipe is high in protein, rich in good fats, and absolutely delicious!
Recipe (Serves 1):
• 3 slices Protein Chef’s Double Protein Bread
• 1/2 ripe avocado (mashed)
• 3 tbsp paneer (crumbled – ~40g)
• 1–2 tsp Sriracha sauce
• 1 tbsp chopped onion
• 1 tbsp chopped tomato (seedless)
• Juice of 1/4 lemon
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Optional: 1 tsp coriander
• Less than 1/2 tsp ghee to toast
Method:
1. Mix mashed avocado, paneer, onion, tomato, sriracha, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
2. Flatten the bread slices, spread filling, roll and seal.
3. Toast on tawa with a light brush of ghee until crispy on both sides.
4. Serve hot!
