Ingredients:
• 1 tsp olive oil
• ½ onion, finely chopped
• 1 tomato, finely chopped
• 1 green chilli, finely chopped
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• 100g homemade paneer, crumbled
• Salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder – to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan.
2. Add ½ tsp cumin seeds and let them crackle.
3. Add finely chopped onion, tomato, and green chilli. Sauté for 30–40 seconds.
4. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
5. Add crumbled paneer and cook for another 30–40 seconds.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves (optional) and serve hot!
