This video will show you how to do Core Exercises during Running Session. Which will help your muscles to strengthen and improve your muscle output during Competition and lessen your injury. Prepared by Captain Amrish Adhana(Olympian Coach) good for all athletes.

lateral Stretch | Quad Stretch| Calf Stretch | Plank | Side Plank | Glutes Bridging | Single leg Bridging | Side leg raise | Crunch Kicks | Butterfly Stretch | Russian Twist Back leg lift | Arm/leg raise | Hamstring Stretch | Side laying Quad Stretch | Vajrasana

Note:-
For these given Exercises.

4.Single leg Bridging
***Beginner Athlete should hold the given exercise for 15/20sec and Advance Athlete can hold it for 30/40sec.
The basic level time is for Middle and Long Distance Athletes.
The Medium and Advance Level time is for Sprinters.
