Russia Starts Supplying S-400 Missile Systems To India Ahead Of Putin’s Visit; CAATSA Threat Looms

Russia has started delivery of the S-400 air defence system that will arrive in the first week of December in India. The S-400 deliveries will coincide with Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to India. Putin will be in New Delhi to renew military-technical cooperation between the two sides for the next decade. India & Russia had signed a contract worth $5.4-billion for five S-400 systems in October 2018.
