Enjoy a fun stability class that takes a holistic look at stability in hypermobility, rather than focussing on single joints. Here are 6 moves you can do with a tennis ball to work on stability in different areas of your body. This is a grbtke classbut dies involve standing so please take precautions if yiu have a balance disorder or any dysautonomia. It’s ok to use a chair for support.
