Ingredients:

►12 leaves of gem lettuce leaves (choose the ones that are intact)
►1 medium tomato
►400g guacamole https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8diKhBe--U
►1 kapia pepper
►100g sweet corn
►small bunch of parsley
►salt and pepper to taste

🔪 Utensils and equipment

►1 large serving plate

👩🏻‍🍳 Preparation

1. Wash thoroughly the lettuce and choose the best leaves
2. Prepare the guacamole (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8diKhBe--U)
3. Dice the pepper and the tomato in small even cubes
4. Mix the guacamole with corn, pepper, tomato and salt&pepper
5. Pat dry all the gem lettuce leaves
6. Put 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the leave and repeat the process for all the leaves
7. Decorate with freshly chopped herbs
8. Arrange nicely on the serving plate
9. ENJOY!
