Vegan Veggie Fusilli | Hot or Cold dish

Hi everyone!
🔊In this video I will show you how to make an extremely easy pasta dish, it is perfect for lunch as hot dish or as a salad as well.

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ RECIPE BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Ingredients:

►250 g cooked fusilli pasta
►1 yellow bell pepper
►medium tomato
►2 stalks celery
►1 carrot
►1 shallot onion
►1 clove garlic
►1/2 chilli pepper
►15 ml olive oil
► about 15 ml water
🔪 Utensils and equipment

►1 fraying pan
► 1 blender or food processor

👩🏻‍🍳 Preparation
1. Add the oil
2. Add the onion and fry until caramelised
3. Add the carrots and fry for 1 min
4. Add the celery and pepper and fry for 1- 2 min
5. Add the tomatoes and 15 ml of water
6. Add the garlic and the chilli
7. Add the cooked pasta
8. Add a bit more water if needed
9. Decorate with some fresh basil
10. DONE!
