Hey All This is quick sweet recipe and if you follow correct measurements of just 3 ingredients you'll get perfect laddu in hand.
Besan 1 cup
sugar powdered 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/4 cup
Many says ghee 1/2 cup but if your besan is coarse powder take half cup otherwise for fine besan 1/4 cup is perfect.
Besan laddu always looks soft but follow this steps you ll get perfect shaped laddu.
