Thousands being asked to prepare to evacuate in NSW Central West
The State Emergency Service (SES) has received 120 calls for help from Forbes residents in the past 24 hours after heavy rain hit Central West region of New South Wales.
More than 3000 people in the Central West region are being asked to prepare to evacuate their homes.
Major flood warnings are in place for areas around the Lachlan River, near Forbes.
