Aus- und Weiterbildung - Competence cards for potential analysis in immigration counseling

The Bertelsmann Stiftung and the organisations responsible for immigration counselling of adult immigrants (Arbeiterwohlfahrt, Deutscher Caritasverband, Paritätischer Gesamtverband, Deutsches Rotes Kreuz, Diakonie, Zentralwohlfahrtsstelle der Juden in Deutschland, Bund der Vertriebenen) have developed an instrument for potential analysis in immigration counselling. This instrument can be used in a highly flexible manner. In this video we show you how the cards are designed as well as how they can be applied in practice.
