"Restaurants are not Democracies!" The Full Documentary Film, by Anthony M. Tooton

The 52-minute 2006 documentary film (initially posted in five parts @ www.youtube.com/restaurantsarenot) by Anthony M. Tooton, about an aspect of the Canadian (specifically Toronto) restaurant industry.

This film now serves as a tribute to its key subject - the late, irrepressible, restaurateur: Micheal E. Carlevale and his establishment restaurant, Prego Della Piazza.

Following Prego's Head Chef: Stephen Ricci, and Prego's staff, we also engage conversation with some of Michael's esteemed colleagues: Franco Prevedello, Massimo Capra, John Maxwell, Peter Oliver & Aristides Pasparakis, all the while attempting to determine whether a restaurant can exist as a democracy!
