Making Lard like Grandma Did!

The auto-immune protocol diet recommends using certain fats in cooking, baking, and salad dressings. Avocado oil, coconut oil, and extra-virgin olive oil are good. Also lard, beef tallow, and bacon fat from clean, grass fed animals can be fine to use. So when I was able to get some healthy pork fat, I tried making my own lard. It worked well!
