What do belts mean

On this week's episode of The Fighter’s Stance we are joined by brazilian jiu jitsu legend and soon to be ADCC hall of famer Alexandre Xande Ribeiro. Xande dropped in to Gracie Humaita Cedar Park to give back to the community by teaching Sheepdog Response’s Heroes Jiu Jitsu class.

It was a fan-girl moment for Patrick Miller meeting one of his favorite grapplers, and Xande opens up about everything from being a teacher and competitor, to moving to Austin, TX and what it’s like to be a legend who is now teaching the next generation of legends.
