My First Cooking Video BBQ Fillet
I got a Gimbal from my Son as a delayed Santa present and was playing around with making a video of a BBQ cook. So this is my first attempt at it just using my iPhone and the Gimbal!! Got loads to learn and need a tripod etc. to do more in depth info on the cook. Chef knife from Japa Knives - see link below.

Recipe
I removed the few bits of silverskin from the fillet, opened it up a bit then rubbed it with crushed garlic. Then sprinkled oil and homemade SPOGS meat rub (see below) and tied it up with string and placed in a baking tray.
The mushrooms I placed a round the meat and drizzled a mix of flavour. I got some butter, garlic, SPOGS and some homemade BBQ sauce (1part oil, 1 part ketchup, 1/2 part worcester sauce - mixed and shaken). Placed in a microwave cup and bubbled away to draw out all the flavours. Drizzled and covered all the mushrooms and some on the meat as well.
Placed in the fridge for 4 hours then onto the Weber BBQ

4 part Salt
1 part Pepper
2 part Onion
2 part Garlic
1 part Sugar
1/2 part Paprika
1 part Herbs - thyme etc to suit your taste
