‘Trump derangement syndrome knows no bounds’: Kenny
Sky News host Chris Kenny says the rife “media antagonism” directed at US President Donald Trump simply shows that “Trump derangement syndrome knows no bounds”.
“There's a lot of focus on drugs to help fight the coronavirus,” Mr Kenny said.
“There's been a lot of talk about chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine, drugs used to fight malaria and auto immune diseases like lupus and rheumatoid arthritis”.
“In the US Donald Trump has been very upbeat about them, raising the ire of many in the media”.
“Such is the media antagonism towards Trump, journalists are talking down the value of these drugs seemingly because Trump is placing faith in them”.
Mr Kenny also spoke of how a doctor's video message, which contained messages discussing how drugs can save lives, but also which praised US President Trump, was removed from Youtube for breaching the website's standards.
“Surely not, surely vital information wouldn't be suppressed because of politics?” Mr Kenny said.
