Two-Timer

The plaintiff says he dated the defendant for five months and all was well until she saw his ex at his house and assumed he was cheating. He claims the defendant assaulted him twice and even tried to have him arrested. He’s suing her for a car and emotional distress. The defendant claims another woman told her she was sleeping with the plaintiff. She says he assaulted her, so she’s countersuing for emotional distress.
