War of the Roses

The plaintiff moved from Louisiana to Chicago and all was well until he started having issues with his neighbor, the defendant. He claims she damaged his planters, dirtied his car, and killed a rosebush, so he’s suing. The defendant admits they’ve had some run-ins, and she’s countersuing for harassment because she claims he’s threatened her and her property.
