PORK STEAMED FRIED RICE

EAT ALL YOU CAN PORK STEAMED FRIED RICE!! One serving is not enough. Make it at home and share it with your family and friends. The best home cooked steamed fried rice ala DIMSUM BREAK / DING QUA QUA / DING HOW! TIPS & TRICKS revealed for you to achieve the original taste and satisfy your Dimsum cravings! If you are from Cebu, this for sure is one of your favorite comfort food.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg Pork shoulder
ADDITIVES:
3 Tbsp Chilled water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Accord powder
SEASONINGS:
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Seasoning powder (Ginisa Mix)
1 Tbsp Regular soy sauce
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
SAUCE:
2 cups Shrimp stock
1/2 pc Broth cube (Shrimp/Chicken)
1 Tbsp Regular soy sauce
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Liquid seasoning
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
2 1/2 Tbsp Potato starch + 2 Tbsp water
1/8 kg Fresh shrimps
1/4 Cup sweet peas

PROCEDURE:
1. Add additives to the meat and set aside for 20 min.
2. Marinate and set aside for at least 30 min or overnight.
3. Steam the marinated meat.
4. Devein and cut shrimp, add cornstarch and set aside for 20 min.
5. Rinse shrimps, set aside.
6. Stir fry the rice and add soy sauce and liquid seasoning.
7. Make the shrimp stock.
8. Make the sauce by mixing the ingredients and the steamed meat. Simmer and thicken with the slurry.
9. Top sauce on stir fried rice.
