HUMBA BISAYA l with costing
HUMBA BISAYA (BRAISED PORK) Satisfy your pork cravings with this Filipino inspired Braised Pork recipe. Savour the tender meat infused with lots of flavor.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg Pork adobo cut
1 cup Water
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 Tbsp Black beans
1/2 tsp Ginisa mix
1/4 tsp Black pepper
4 pcs Banana blossom
2 stalks Spring onion
1 tsp Liquid seasoning
2 pcs Boiled eggs
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine first 9 ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil and lower heat.
3. Simmer for 2 hours.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
