ALL NEW Toyota Yaris Cross Adventure 2022 Review

Today we will be reviewing 2022 Yaris Cross Adventure from Toyota.

This new model from Toyota was recently unveiled in Europe and comes with a few upgrades that will elevate the performance and drivability of the SUV.

The Adventure has been fitted with some great touches to the details and some upgrades that will allow the vehicle to handle that rugged terrain. But these are just some of the enhancements that we are excited to tell you about.

Let's dive into what you can potentially expect from the Toyota Yaris Cross Adventure.
Overview
The subcompact crossover may well be one of the newest trends in vehicles over the last few years. Though the Yaris name may not be prominent in every country anymore, Toyota has opted to deliver a new model in all the markets.

The Toyota Yaris Cross Adventure seems to be their offering. Four generations of the car have proven to be pretty popular in Europe and Asia. The latest model has already been released in those countries, and the US is waiting for its turn, which is set for later this year.

The Adventure is another addition to Toyota Hybrid electric SUV line. It measures in at 1.56 meters high and has a wheelbase of 2.56 meters. Apart from the overall build of the SUV, the new model has had some fantastic new exterior features and few interior ones that we really like too.
Appearance
All in all, if you are looking at the Adventure, you are going to see a much bulkier-looking model than its predecessor. Both the rear bumper skid plate and the lower front guard have been enhanced. The new front bumper is outfitted with a larger air intake and a silver frame that makes it stand out.

The silver trim that is seen throughout the car's design is present on the rear bumper as well. On top of that, to make this hybrid SUV look even cooler, Toyota has added chrome roof rails and dual-colored alloy wheels. The wheels are dual-toned grey.

Plus, if you want a truly customized Adventure, you can always invest in one of the additional body kits available. This might include a new front bumper or a rear under guard so that the SUV can even better handle off-roading on your outdoor adventures.

If the color scheme is something you look forward to, you can opt for a dual-tone Adventure which is standard with the base model.
Aesthetics
Aesthetically, this SUV is so sweet when it comes to the interior. Things like piano black and solid black are available when it comes to interior colors. The seats are all crafted with a mix of leather and upholstery for a slick and sophisticated look.

The seats are designed in a sporty design, and the roof is finished with a black interior. For an even more luxurious touch to the interior, they used an accent of gold on the console and doors to give it an even more sophisticated vibe.

The new model is still situated on the same GA-B platform as the Yaris Electric Hybrid. Because of the Adventure's height, the SUV has great clearance and an excellent driving position.

The Adventure, therefore, is situated with a low center of gravity and a chassis that is very balanced to prevent any chance of tipping in sharp turns. That, coupled with the torsional stiffness of the platform, makes it an excellent option for off-roading or other extreme outdoor activities.
Performance
When it comes to performance, the 4th iteration of the Adventure is designed with a 1.5 liter Atkinson cycle engine as well as an electrical motor. Together these two will give the Adventure 116 HP.

The 2022 model also comes stock with an intelligent tracking system that gives the driver the ability to go from 4x2 to 4x4. That makes it much easier to go from street driving to all-terrain driving.
Interior Features
The Adventure is a pretty sweet-looking SUV designed to be driven both in the city and in the country. The new model comes in the standard option as well as the Premier Edition. This edition is fitted with a complete leather interior.

The Premier will also come fitted with 18" machined alloy wheels and a two-tone interior. The release of this edition in the US, though, is still in the air. So for those that are looking for it, we all have to hope it does well in Europe.

Along with that, the Premier Edition comes with kick sensors in the rear doors, a heads-up display, and a lot of other luxury features. The Premier edition will be available for the first 12 months of sale, and we can't wait to catch a glimpse of this beauty on the city streets and highways.
Economy
The Adventure 2022 is an AWD crossover that looks just as in its element driving through the city streets as it does the back trails in the National Park. The fuel economy is outstanding, and that is something we all love. The 2022 model is as reliable as the 2021 but definitely takes on a sleeker style which is the biggest difference
