Turkey hunt 4/13/25

heard some hens scratching on the edge ride over from where a buddy and I were walking. we settled in against some trees in hope a gobbler would be following along or not far behind since they were calling as well... after 45 mind of soft calling they went silent and we decided to move. when I turned, 20 yards behind me. a Tom took flight and all I saw was fan feathers and butt hole. never heard him, he never responded but I called in my first bird.
