Intermittent Fasting
Duration : 3 weeks
Working out : 4 to 5 times a week
Eating: salad, fruits, oats, vegetables, black coffee, water | NO sugar, soda, carbs
Week 1: I only ate between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Week 2: I only ate between the hours of 11 :00 AM - 5:00 PM
Week 3: I only ate between the hours of 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
My lifestyle is very busy so I kept my lunch box full of snacks. I found it easier for me to eat throughout the allotted hours constantly instead of eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was hard at times but throughout the weeks, it got easier. I found myself having a "hunger headache" twice during the 3 week fast. I would definitely do it again. It is all a mental thing but it proves that I can do it and be more disciplined in what I eat.
