One Mix 3s Yoga Quiet Fan MacBook Air Fan Mod DIY Fan Noise Fix

The fan on my One Mix 3s Yoga was pretty loud out of the box. I made it quieter by installing the fan from an A1370 Apple MacBook Air 11".

I used 3M VHB 5962 tape to secure the fan, but you can also use Tesa 61395 or another non heat sensitive adhesive. You may like to add some thin rubber shims on top the fan to make sure pressing on the bottom case won't touch the fan hub.
