Skating practice 7.30.09 (lotsa spins, 2sal attempts)

I was way off during this practice, which was disappointing because me and my friend were the only one's there. I tried some 2sals and they went pretty well since I haven't tried them that much. I haven't been able to skate much at all this summer (like 6 times in 2 months), so I'm usually better than this. My MIF were horrible, so i didn't have my mom tape any of them. If anyone knows how to do a shoot the duck, tips would be much appreciated, cuz i can't seem to do one at all, even though my sitspin looks so low.
