Small Batch Almond Snowball Cookies

This recipe is great for the Holiday Season and the yield makes it perfect for small gatherings. The recipe can be customized by changing the type of nut you chose. Ingredients List:
4 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar + 1/4 cup for Dusting the Cookies
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Almond or Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
4 Tbsp. Chopped Almonds
