Sealing a pastel drawing on Pastelmat Paper
In this video, I share how I seal my pastel drawings on Pastelmat paper.
I have found that the Pastelmat paper darkens when a sealer or fixative is applied to the surface. So I have decided to use that to my advantage and placed the base colours down first, then fix it with a workable fixative and then continue with the details.
Knowing this has saved me a lot of time, because, I didn't waste time working on all of the finer details, only to find I needed to fix it up.
