Several inches of snow fell in Philadelphia overnight. Neighborhoods around the city woke up to several fresh inches of snow which resulted in picturesque scenes and more work for PENNDOT crews as they tried to keep roads clear of snow and ice. The video shows a car slide on a hill when coming to a stop.
